Copergrine Telehealth is two things in one platform: a secure way for Houston patients to see a clinician from home, and a complete EMR our providers use to deliver care end to end. Patients book the same way they book an in-person visit. Providers use a single workspace for charting, prescribing, billing, and follow-up.
No separate apps. No third-party messaging vendors. The platform is run and operated under one HIPAA-compliant infrastructure stack that we control end to end.

- What is Copergrine Telehealth?
- Copergrine Telehealth is how you see one of our licensed clinicians by video — same-day and next-day visits, e-prescribing, and lab orders, without coming into the clinic. The same platform is also licensed to other practices as the Copergrine EMR; if you are evaluating it for your own practice, that is at /emr/license.
- How do patients book a telehealth visit?
- Patients book through health.copergrine.com — the same booking flow as in-person visits. After booking, patients install the Copergrine PWA to receive HIPAA-compliant push notifications for reminders, intake forms, lab results, and prescription pickups.
- Is the telehealth platform HIPAA-compliant?
- Yes. All patient data, video sessions, and notifications are encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't share patient data with third-party advertisers, and our push notification system runs on infrastructure we control — no third-party messaging vendors.
- Can my practice license the platform Copergrine uses?
- Yes. The EMR behind these visits — charting, scheduling, e-prescribing with full EPCS compliance, lab orders, billing and claims, and a branded patient portal — is licensed to other practices as the Copergrine EMR. Pricing and the full feature list are at /emr/license.
- Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?
- Yes — Copergrine accepts HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical expenses, including sick visits, primary and chronic care, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and telehealth visits. Eligibility depends on your plan; some expenses (such as GLP-1 weight-loss medications) may require a Letter of Medical Necessity, which we can provide on request. Cosmetic and general-wellness services are generally not HSA/FSA-eligible. Check with your plan administrator to confirm your specific service qualifies.
- Can my practice license the Copergrine EMR?
